Dear Parents,
Today the
boys read a story entitled ‘How a seed grows’. As a follow-up activity, each boy is required to grow some seeds
and track the growth of (only) one seed over eleven days.
1. Kindly
assist your child in preparing the following materials needed for the activity:
*5 green
bean seeds
*cotton
wool
*a clear
plastic bowl
2. The
instructions on how to grow the seeds are found on Page 2 of the Eureka Science
book. Your child may need your help to get the activity going.
3. Kindly
ensure that your child draws his observations and records the height of one of
the seedlings, on Page 3 of the book over eleven days.
4. The deadline
for the completion of this activity and submission of the book is Friday, 7
February.
